Trommel TS4515e
This Trommel Screener is part of our Elite Plant range, proudly designed and manufactured in-house at The Conveyor Shop. Backed by years of industry experience, it delivers exceptional performance at a competitive price—without compromising on quality.
It features a built-in infeed hopper, removing the need for a separate conveyor belt, and feeds directly into a heavy-duty 8mm thick steel drum (4500mm long) with bolted screens. Screen sizes range from 6mm to 120mm, allowing you to produce up to three separate product sizes.
For easy transport and site mobility, the unit includes fold-out legs. It's electrically powered, with an optional standalone generator, and comes equipped with a full control panel—featuring start/stop functions, an emergency stop, and speed control.
Trommel TS620e
This Trommel Screener is part of our Elite Plant range—expertly designed and manufactured in-house at The Conveyor Shop. Built on years of hands-on industry experience, it delivers a fantastic balance of price and performance without compromising on quality.
Material is loaded via a heavy-duty hopper with Rip Stop belting, feeding into a robust, fully welded steel drum—6000mm long and 8mm thick as standard (also available in 10mm or 12mm thickness). Screen sizes range from 6mm to 120mm, allowing you to produce up to three different product grades. The unit is compatible with SM620 drums and those from other major manufacturers.
Power options include electric or diesel, with our preferred solution being the hybrid electric generator—ideal for both on-grid and off-grid applications.
