Mezzanine Conveyor Installations
This month also saw the installation of mezzanine conveyor systems at customer site, showing once again that TCS delivers far more than just aggregate solutions. Designed to handle heavy-duty operations across multiple floors, improving material flow and reducing manual handling.
November 2025
November Highlights at The Conveyor Shop
As we head into the final stretch of the year, November has been another busy and productive month across the workshop, onsite installations and project deliveries. From large scale builds to ongoing site work, our teams has been working flat out to keep projects moving and customers supported.
Elite Hopper Build Complete
One of this month's standout projects is the completion of an Elite Hopper build, manufactured in house by our fabrication team. Built with performance, longevity and functionality in mind, this hopper is designed to integrate seamlessly with conveyor systems and bulk handling operations.
From cutting and fabrication through to finish touches, this unit represents our commitment to delivery quality engineered solutions that are built to last.
Workshop Activity
The workshop has been non-stop this month with:
- Ongoing fabrication projects
- Conveyor builds in various stages
- Component preparation and assembly
- Maintenance and repair work
Behind every project is a skilled team keeping production moving and standards high.
With December approaching, we're continuing work on major builds and preparing for an exciting start to the new year

Major Drum Order Completed
An order of 20 drums manufactured, assembled and prepared to customer specification. All produced with durability and reliability in mind. Whether it's a single replacement or a full system order, our team ensure every component meets the standard our customers expect.
UKCA Certified for Another Year
We've proud to announce that we've successfully passed our UKCA certification for the second year running. This marks another step in our ongoing commitment to quality, safety and compliance across every product we design and build.
October 2025
Hello and welcome to our October update!
October has been another action-packed month here at The Conveyor Shop, full of innovation, hard work and exciting new milestones!
The Slinger Conveyor is Complete!
One of our biggest projects to date the Elite Slinger Conveyor has officially rolled out. Designed and built entirely in-house, this machine is a true showcase of our team's skill and precision engineering. From beams of steel to a fully funcitonal powerhouse we couldn't be prouder of the final result.
Introducting Fab and Paint
This month also saw the official launch of Fab and Paint our new dedicated fabrication and paint division! After years of fabrication experience, we're expanding our services to offer bespoke steelwork, powder coating, galvanising and more all under the same standard of quality The Conveyor Shop is known for.
It's been a brilliant month of progress, teamwork and innovation....we're not slowing down yet! Stay tuned for what November brings....

Elite ECS Range Launched
We've also unveiled our brand new Elite ECS (Eddy Current Separator) range, offering high performance non-ferrous material separation solutions. Available in multiple belt widths, this range integrates perfectly with our hoppers, trommels and overband magnets a huge step forward for recycling and processing industries.
Belt Splice Training
Chris travelled over to NorthWest to deliver hands-on belt splicing training. These sessions are invaluable to our customers, giving teams the knowledge and skills to carry out splicing work confidently and safely. We're proud to provide not just products but also the training and support that ensures those products deliver long-term results.
September 2025
Hello and welcome to our September update!
September has been one of the busiest and most exciting months of the year so far. From showcasing our products at Plantworx 2025 to new builds in the workshop and delivering specialist training on site...it's been non-stop at The Conveyor Shop.
Plantworx 2025 - A Fantastic Experience
The highlight of September was undoubtedly our time at Plantworx 2025. It was fantastic to exhibit alongside so many innovators in the industry and meet face-to-face with customers, suppliers and new connections.
The stand was buzzing from start to finish and the feedback on our products was incredible. QuickFix adhesive stole the show, the demand was so high we actually sold out before the event ended! Many of you stopped by for live demos and it was great to see just how impressed people were with its speed and reliability for belt repairs.
We trailed the Splice Pull Challenge, this hands-on demo gave visitors the chance to put their strength to the test. It created a real buzz around the stand, it was clear from the response that we'll be making it a regular feature at future shows with prizes and plenty of laughs guaranteed (and maybe a few sore backs!).

Workshop Highlights
Back at HQ, our fabrication team has been pushing ahead with several major projects:
- MVP 3in1 Vulcanising Press - this press offers unrivalled flexibility and performance.
- The Slinger - a bespoke build currently underway, designed specifically to meet our customer's unique requirements. Keep your eyes peeled for that!
Vulcafix Adhesives
We’re proud to launch Vulcafix, our specialist range of industrial adhesives designed for conveyor belt repairs and heavy-duty applications. Highlights include:
Quick Fix – available in 50ml or 500ml sizes, ideal for fast and reliable belt repairs.
A full range of adhesives to suit different repair and bonding needs.
This new line is already proving to be a popular addition to our catalogue.

The Conveyor Shop - August Newsletter
August has been one of our busiest months of the year, with big projects leaving the workshop and exciting new products hitting our shelves. Here's what we've been up to:
🔧Fabrication Projects
Our workshop team has been flat out producing high-quality fabrications for customers across the UK
This month we:
- Manufactured and delivered 150 rollers for ongoing projects
- Built a fully custom conveyor designed to meet a customer's unique specifications
- Continued work on a new screener, which is shaping up to be a fantastic addition to our product line
👨🏭Belt Repair Kits Now Available
Our belt repair kits are now in stock on the website. These kits contain everything you need to carry out efficient on-site repairs, saving you time and money by keeping your belts running longer.

📦Keeping Stocked Up
As always. we're making sure our shelves are full of the essentials. Alongside belts and rollers, we're also keeping our tooling, spares and repair consumables stocked so our customers get what they need, when they need it.
Stocking Up & Shipping Out
We've been restocking and fulfilling some big order throughout July. A huge delivery of new conveyor belt stock ready to dispatch to your site needs. A massive order of 150+ rollers, proof that our rollers department is rolling out full steam sorry for the pun!

A month of Momentum, Maintenance & Massive Deliveries
As July draws to a close, we're proud to look back at another jam-packed month here at The Conveyor Shop. From refurb projects to major stock drops and tool upgrades, it's been all systems go just the way we like it!
🔧Refurb & Repair - Giving Old Equipment a New Lease of Life
This month saw our team take on a specialist refurbishment project, breathing life back into some worn platen presses that still had plenty of potential. Our expert enginners full cleaned and welded the internal waterway systems. Replaced the old bakelite plugs with modern high-temperature alternatives. Aswell as installed new heating elements to ensure even reliable performance. Whether it's repair or full rebuild we are committed to making your equipment work harder, longer.

We're proud to unveil the MH80 purpose built for material handling applications, the MH80 is a modular, heavy-duty conveyor system currently being built in-house as part of a three-unit setup for a customer. Keep your eyes peeled for the full reveal soon!

🎉10 Years of The Conveyor Shop!
This month marked 10 years since The Conveyor Shop began its journey and what journey its been! From humble beginnings to becoming a trusted supplier and manufacturer in the conveyor industry, it's been a decade of building, innovating, learning and most importantly, delivering for our customers.
We marked the occasion the best way we know how: with a BBQ lunch, cake and a yard full of conveyor builds! It was a great chance for the team to reflect, celebrate and look ahead to what's next. A huge thank you to everyone who's been part of the journey - staff, customers, partners and suppliers alike. Here's to the next 10!
📚Training with VSC & Veolia
In June, we also hosted another round of conveyor belt training in partnership with VSC for Veolia. It's always great to support to knowledge - sharing and safety in the industry, and we're proud to be a trusted hub for technical training and support.

Express Drum Delivery? No Problem
We had a customer urgently in need of a drum and we rose to the challenge - from order to delivery in just 3 hours and 45 minutes! When we say we go the extra mile (literally) we mean it.

Airport Conveyor Builds Complete
We're proud to announce the successful completion of two bespoke conveyors heading to an airport application. These builds were designed with precision to support luggage handling systems. Helping people get off on holiday - that's what we call job satisfaction!
New Product Launch: Razor Flip Scraper
Meet the Razor Flip Scraper - our latest innovation in belt cleaning systems. This secondary scraper stands out with its reversible blade, giving you twice the lifespan of traditional polyurethane scrapers. It's fully modular, easy to maintain and equipped with side-mounted tension adjusters for a perfect fit every time. Efficiency meets simplicity and it's available now!

Spring has truly sprung and with the sunshine came an incredibly productive month here at The Conveyor Shop. From launching new products to shipping orders worldwide, here's a look back at what's been keeping us busy this April
The RCL Conveyor with Hydraulic Power- What a Build!
A real standout this month was the custom-built RCL conveyor that left us earlier this month. It's one of our proudest builds yet - heavy duty, tall like a giraffe and designed for serious performance in the recylcing industry. The entire team came together to make this happen from design through to final testing and delivery.
Conveyor Builds in the Sunshine
The workshop has been flat-out with conveyor builds and it has been great to do it in the sunshine. The team has been welding fabricating and assembling around the clock to meet demand. Every build is a team effort and it's great to see our fabrication bay and yard full of activity and creativity.

The Belt Shop in Full Swing
We've been cutting, prepping and dispatching new conveyor belts to customers all across the UK and beyond including international shipments to the likes of USA. With our in-house cutting, splicing and customisation, we've been able to turn around orders quickly.

Belt Technician Training with VSC
This month, we were proud to host the VSC for a Belt Technician Training session. Working alongside them was a great opportunity to share knowledge, develop skills, and ensure the next generation of technicians is equipped to handle industry demands.

With so many conveyors being built and ready to go, our yard is running out of space fast! To keep up with demand and improve efficiency, we’re excited to announce we’ve secured a new unit to expand our workspace. Today, we’re celebrating a very special milestone – Bruce, our incredible Sales Manager, is turning the big 5-0! 🎂🎉
Bruce has been an essential part of The Conveyor Shop for many years, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him as part of our team. His dedication, hard work, and passion for the company have been instrumental in our growth and success.
But it’s not just his professional contributions that we admire –

Major Projects Shipped Out
February has seen a number of key projects leave our facility. Including the successful completion of a custom-designed Swan Neck Conveyor! This specialised system was built to provide smooth, continuous operation for challenging material-handling tasks. Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of attending the Executive Hire Show. It was fantastic to meet so many industry professionals, showcase our new Elite Contractor 500, and discuss the future of material handling! Thanks to everyone who stopped at by our stand!
Belt Winder Sold to America!
We’re excited to share that we’ve expanded our reach to the U.S this month, with the sale of our belt winder to a customer across the pond. It’s always a thrill to see our products gaining international interest, and we’re proud to be helping companies all over the world streamline their processes.

First Training Session with Youtube Tutorial
Education is a key part of what we do, and this month we held our first training session with the VSC (Vulcanising Standard Council). The session included a hands-on tutorial on ‘How to find the true centre of a conveyor belt and make it square’ paired with a Youtube video we released! We’re always striving to improve the industry and assisting the VSC is a step in the right direction. You can check out the tutorial on our Youtube Channel!

Products Rolling Out
January was bustling, with plenty of products heading out the door. One of the highlights this month was the successful dispatch of the Swan Neck Conveyor. These conveyors are designed. with a unique incline-to-horizontal configuration, making them perfect for moving products at different heights while maintaining efficieny.
