General Manager
The Conveyor Shop is looking for an experienced and organised General Manager to oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion and take ownership of day-to-day running of the business. It will include managing and motivating the sales team both internal and external, as well as trade counter staff. The role will involve coordinating sales orders, liaising with suppliers, managing purchasing, and ensuring a smooth transition of projects between The Conveyor Shop and our associated companies.
You will also play a key role in supporting the trade counter, maintaining timelines and keeping communication clear between customers, production, and suppliers. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Social Media Specialist
The Conveyor Shop (including Fab & Paint and Elite Plant) is looking for a creative and confident individual to manage and create content across all our social media platforms.
The role will involve capturing on-site and workshop content, producing engaging posts and videos and keeping our brands active, consistent and growing online. Salary will be dependent on experience. If you’re passionate about social media, comfortable creating content in an industrial environment, and full of ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

Field Sales Representative - Commission only
The Conveyor Shop is looking for a motivated, self-employed Field Sales Representative to represent our range of conveyor components and consumables, including rollers, belts, scrapers, and related products. This commission-only role is ideal for a driven individual who enjoys being out on the road, building relationships, and generating new business. You will be responsible for managing your own pipeline, visiting customers, identifying opportunities, and working closely with our internal team to convert enquiries into orders. Industry experience is beneficial but not essential a strong work ethic, confidence, and a proactive approach are key. Earnings are uncapped and based entirely on commission.

Welder/Fabricator
Fab and Paint is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. You will read blueprints, cut and shape metal, and perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding to assemble high-quality components.
Attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential. Welding certification and prior fabrication experience are a plus. Salary will be dependent on experience.
